The Centre Parc in Sherwood Forest.
I had a couple of days to chill out before my flight out, so decided on a chill out break in Centre Parc.
What a surprise. Set in the forest, the chalets where fabulously equipped and comfortable. The main thing you immediately notice is the tranquillity. Very little noise around the cabins. But it’s not boring. There are plenty of things to do whether you are the active type or just want to relax.
The water park with slides and rapids are great. Mind you for anybody like me with a 64 year old body and an 18 year old brain, don’t be surprised if you feel it afterwards.
Overall this place has something to offer any and everybody, its not a budget place but we’ll worth a try.
